Tree Host Music License

All of Tree Host's music is original: we made it ourselves, from scratch, with no samples or loops from anyone else. It's © 2026 Tree Host, all rights reserved, except for the free use this license gives you. "We" and "us" means Tree Host.

The short version.

Free to use in your videos, Shorts, TikToks and live streams, on any platform, monetized or not. You don't have to be in the creator program.
Credit us: put Music: Tree Host (treehost.online) in the description, or on screen for a stream.
Don't sell it, release it as music, or claim it as yours (including in YouTube Content ID or any other rights system).
We'll never send copyright claims or strikes on content that follows these rules.

1. What the music is

This license covers every music track Tree Host publishes: the tracks in the creator kit (music/), the Tree Host stream music, and the music in Tree Host's own videos (the "Music").

2. What you can do

We give you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the Music:

as background or intro/outro music in your videos, Shorts, Reels, TikToks, podcasts and live streams (including stream VODs and clips), on any platform;
in content you earn money from: ads, memberships, sponsorships and donations are all fine;
edited: you can cut it, loop it, fade it, change its volume or speed, and mix it under your voice and game audio.

You don't need to ask us first, and you don't need to be in the Tree Host creator program. This license doesn't require you to promote Tree Host, but creators in the program still follow the Creator Agreement.

3. Credit

Put this in the description of each video that uses the Music, or in your stream's panels or on screen:

Music: Tree Host (treehost.online)

If a platform has no description (a TikTok sound, for example), a credit in the caption or a comment is enough.

4. What you can't do

Sell, rent or give away the Music on its own or in a pack, or upload it to music services, sound libraries or stock sites.
Release it as your own music, or a remix of it as a new song.
Register it, or anything that uses it, in YouTube Content ID or any other content-matching or rights-collection system, or file copyright claims based on it. (This is what keeps everyone else's videos claim-free.)
Use it to train AI models or in datasets.
Use it in content that's illegal, hateful or harassing, or that suggests Tree Host endorses something we don't.

5. If you get a claim

We don't register the Music with Content ID, so claims shouldn't happen. If one does (for example, because someone else wrongly registered it), write to our support address with a link to the video and we'll help you get it released. You can show this page as proof of your license.

6. Ending

If you break this license, we can end it for you by telling you. Content you published while you followed it stays licensed. We can update this license, but changes only apply to content published after the change.

7. Other

The Music is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using it. Tree Host is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. This license is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
