Link your Discord
Link your Discord account once, and your roles in the Tree Host Discord stay up to date by themselves.
Link your account#
- Join the Tree Host Discord if you haven't already.
- In the dashboard, open Account and press Link Discord.
- Check the page Discord shows you, then press Authorize.
Your roles arrive within a minute.
The roles you can get#
| Role | Who gets it |
|---|---|
| Customer | Anyone with an active paid plan |
| Founding Lifetime | Anyone who bought a Lifetime or Founding Lifetime plan |
| YouTuber, Streamer, TikToker, Creator | Tree Host creators with that role |
If your plan ends, the bot removes your plan roles within a few minutes. You keep your account and your link, and the roles come back if you buy a plan again.
What Tree Host can see#
Only your Discord member ID and your display name. Tree Host can't read your messages or your servers, can't post as you, and doesn't see your email address on Discord.
Unlink#
Open Account and press Unlink. The bot removes your Tree Host roles within a few minutes, and Tree Host deletes your Discord ID and name from your account. To stop Discord's side too, open User Settings → Authorized Apps in Discord.
If something goes wrong#
- "That Discord account is already linked": it's on another Tree Host account. Unlink it there first, or contact support if you can't.
- "That link expired": links last 10 minutes and have to be finished in the browser that started them. Press Link Discord again.
- No role after a few minutes: check that you're in the Tree Host Discord with the same account you linked, and that your plan is active. If it still doesn't arrive, open a ticket in Discord.
